Where I can view the history of my redeemed loyalty points?

You can view the history of your redeemed loyalty points directly within the loyalty app under the “Loyalty History” or “Points History” section.
How long does it take for new loyalty points to appear on my account?

New loyalty points will be credited to your account instantly upon completing qualifying actions. If not, it may take up to 24 hours for the points to reflect.
What should I do if I already have a LABAREAU account?

If you already have a LABAREAU account, log into the loyalty app using the same credentials. Your account should automatically sync with your existing membership and loyalty points. Contact support if you experience any syncing issues.
What happens to my earned loyalty points if I return an order?

When an order is returned, the loyalty points earned from that order will be automatically deducted from your points balance in the loyalty app.
How long does it take for new loyalty points to appear on my account? Do my points or membership tier expire?

New loyalty points are typically added instantly within the loyalty app. Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, and your membership tier will be downgraded if the required points are not maintained by the annual review period.
